This resource provides interactive single-cell multi-omic atlases of
cannabis inflorescence, including chromatin accessibility and gene
expression data across multiple cell types.
How to use this app:
Select an atlas from the navigation bar above (Global inflorescence, Trichome-associated epidermis atlas, or Trichome lineage cell atlas)
Use the Track plot tab to visualise open chromatin regions (please allow a moment for tracks to load)
Explore gene expression using the DimRed, Violin, and Bubbleplot tabs
Plots can be downloaded using the Download buttons in each tab

Track plot
In this tab, users can visualise open chromatin regions.
Zoom-enable reduced dimensions overlaid with cell info or assay expression
In this tab, users can visualise either cell information and gene expression
in a zoom-enabled low-dimensional representions plots.
Cell information / assay expression violin plot / box plot
In this tab, users can visualise the assay expression or continuous cell information
(e.g. Number of UMIs / module score) across groups of cells (e.g. libary / clusters).
Proportion / cell numbers across different cell information
In this tab, users can visualise the composition of single cells based on one discrete
cell information across another discrete cell information.
Usage examples include the library or cellcycle composition across clusters.
In this tab, users can visualise the gene expression patterns of
multiple genes grouped by categorical cell information (e.g. library / cluster).
The normalised expression are averaged, log-transformed and then plotted.
